A space will be inserted after any character which shows in the defined list.
When
"Apply only when neighboring characters are letters or digits" is
checked, space will be inserted after a character, only if the original
character after it is a letter or a digit.
The character which will be inserted is space in default, but can be changed by
adding the
Space Char filter to the apply list
before this filter.
Example
Maintain space after:
,;!
"Apply only ..." is checked.

one, two, three
one, two,three >>>
one, two, three (No spaces added)
